Marc Rossetti, Executive Chef
Born in the suburbs of Chicago, into a large Italian American family, Rossetti began his journey and passion for the culinary arts at a young age within the family kitchen. Rossetti was trained at the Kendall Culinary School and completed his internship working for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. Rossetti began his culinary experience within the suburbs of Chicago working for Marriott International and Parkers Ocean Grill.
After several years he traveled to Rockford, Illinois and began his creative exploration of food within John's Italian restaurant. Five years later Marc's creative culinary ability had grown and he was ready to explore new beginnings. He found himself as the Sous Chef of the restaurant within Anderson Japanese Gardens. Here is where Marc really evolved and began his technique with fusion style cooking.
Marc stayed there until its doors closed and soon found himself within an arena that was in need of his culinary flare and passion. Marc spent four years at the BMO Harris Bank Center as Executive Chef for Savor at SMG. Marc brought the buildings premium seating and lounge atmosphere to a new level of quality culinary opportunities.
Marc's love and compassion for food continued to drive his ambition for culinary success which promoted and transferred him to Executive Chef of the Century Center in South Bend, Indiana. Marc has been able to turn a struggling financial facility around with his effective food cost management. Success and perfection of mass volume entertainment has become a passion for him.
Outside of the culinary madness Marc enjoys spending time with his three girls, wife Stephanie, and two daughters Gianna and Adalyn.
