Century Center is committed to ensuring a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all guests. To maintain a respectful and secure environment, all visitors are expected to adhere to the following Code of Conduct.
Respectful Behavior
- Guests must treat all visitors, participants, staff, and Century Center property with respect.
- Offensive language, obscene gestures, and inappropriate attire inconsistent with a public, family-friendly setting is strictly prohibited.
Harassment Prevention
- Harassment of any kind—including verbal, physical, or sexual harassment—is strictly prohibited.
- Guests should report any such incidents to Century Center staff immediately.
Compliance with Venue Rules
- Guests are required to follow all instructions and directives from Century Center staff.
Alcohol Policy
- Outside alcohol is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by Century Center.
- Guests consuming alcoholic beverages must do so responsibly.
- Century Center staff will intervene promptly if a guest appears impaired or intoxicated. Disruptive behavior due to intoxication may result in removal from the premises.
- Staff reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears underage or intoxicated.
- Tailgating is not permitted on Century Center property.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, pipes, cigars, or any other smoking devices, is prohibited inside the building and on Island Park.
- Designated smoking areas are available outside the facility.
Prohibited Items
For the safety and comfort of all guests, the following items are not permitted:
- Aerosol cans
- Animals (except certified service animals or animals in training)
- Fireworks
- Firearms and weapons, including knives, sticks, or clubs
- Toy weapons, including toy guns, water guns, or knives
- Skateboards, rollerblades, and roller skates
- Drones
- Glitter
- Helium balloons
- Fog machines
- Outside food or beverages, including outside alcohol
Reporting Misconduct
Guests and staff are encouraged to report any violations of the Code of Conduct to Management or Security.
Examples of unacceptable behavior include but are not limited to:
- Unwelcome advances or sexual comments
- Intimidation or bullying
- Disruptive behavior during events or presentations
- Theft or destruction of property
- Unauthorized photography or recording without consent
